WHERE ARE WE?
You can find us in the seaside town of San Vicente de la Barquera (Cantabria), just 100 metres from the beach of Merón where we teach surf and sup classes and 50 metres from the beach of El Tostadero where we teach sup (both beginners and advanced classes as well as crossings).
I could tell you that it is a little paradise of our Cantabria Infinita and maybe you wouldn't believe us. But that's because you might not know it, because if you have ever been here you would know that we are not lying.
OUR SCHOOL
Surfadictos is a small family surf school. We like to transmit our passion for the waves and the sea. We not only teach you how to surf, but we also teach you to respect the sea, the beach and its surroundings. A school where you can come and enjoy 100% both when we are on the board and when we are not. In every lesson, in every chat between us we will all learn something.
We have been surfing since we were very young, when it was not yet possible to go to a surf school and learn to play with the waves. Now that there is such an option we invite you to come to our school and learn and have fun with us. More than 30 years of surfing experience behind us.
The school has 120 m² of facilities divided into two parts:
the shop area where you can find technical surf and sup equipment, clothes and accessories;
and the school area with 3 changing rooms with hot water, one of which is adapted for people with special needs.
SAFETY OF PUPILS
In view of the new Post-Covid19 situation, the school has implemented a safety protocol with certain measures to guarantee the safety of pupils, parents and those accompanying the pupils.
This protocol has been monitored by the Regional Ministry of Health of the Government of Cantabria.
At the same time, and always to guarantee your safety, we maintain the school's philosophy of giving surf, sup or pilates classes in small groups, as we have been doing since we opened our doors in 2017. This way we can assure you that you will enjoy your classes to the maximum and the instructor will be able to ensure the safety of the group in a simpler way.
In the case of SUP with them you will be able to make incredible trips through different estuaries and natural areas or by the sea where you can enjoy nature constantly while you do this sport in the most calm way, respecting the safety distances more easily.
Undoubtedly a perfect combination!
