WHERE DO WE DO THE CLASSES?
The classes take place on the beach of El Tostadero. Just 50 metres from the school. A lovely place with flat water to make it easier for us to practice Pilates Sup and enjoy the wonderful views that this environment offers us merging body, mind and nature in this wonderful environment.

DO I HAVE TO BRING THE MATERIAL?
No need, the price of the session includes all the necessary equipment.
WHAT KIND OF CLOTHES SHOULD I BRING?
Bikini, swimming costume or comfortable clothes that allow you to be comfortable in the water.
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
To book a session please contact us to check available times and then pay via Paypal a deposit of 10€ (total class is 20€).
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
Lessons last 1h 15m, with a maximum of 12 people per session.
Safety measures will always be respected as everyone is on their own board and away from their partners.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A SESSION IS CANCELLED?
Classes cancelled due to weather or other reasons beyond the school's control can be made up within the same season or can be claimed back at the end of the season for a refund within the same year.
VOUCHERS ARE PERSONAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
IS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY?
No!! No previous experience is necessary, we start classes at a basic level, and we have classes for more advanced levels.
IS IT ONLY FOR GIRLS?
A resounding NO! Pilates Sup is designed for both women and men.
The important thing is to enjoy the activity together.
